6. 14. If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the amount payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
